My brother had a relationship with a 15 year old in excess of a year which began when he was 17....typical.
Well, when things went bad with the relationship, charges were filed and he was put in prison for 5 years. He now has
the stigma of being a sexual offender and is grouped with the predators and rapists and has to undergo therapy and follow
the laws of such.
My brother is on Parole for 1 year and he has to pay almost $5,000 for the use of the electronic bracelet
that he has to wear. He can't live within 1000 feet of anywhere that children congregate, including bus-stops and even
places like McDonalds, Tennis Courts, etc... That pretty much leaves him to live way out in the sticks. He can't even
live with me or see his nephews because of these rules. His job opportunities are also very limited because
of his record, which makes it very hard to keep up with the bills, let alone what's due to parole.
He
is eligible to be removed from the list due to the new Romeo & Juliet Law that Florida passed last year, but the cheapest
attorney we found was $5000 up front.
MY GOAL HERE IS TO BORROW $1 FROM 5000 PEOPLE.
I'm begging you all, to help me get my brother removed from this list and be shed of this stigma
that he doesn't deserve!
If I had the 5000 bills to give him, I would have done it already.
